DESCRIPTION:Talk by Katie Weston of Hilltop Cloud \nFrom Katie’s website: \n“From my home  in  rural mid-Wales I carefully select the best fibre I can find\, add a bit of colour magic\, and send it to spinners and other crafters all around the world. \nI specialise in unique fibres. I carefully select wool for different purposes\, sometimes add in other fibres\, I then dye it in my own unique one-of-a-kind colours. I also curate blends using commercially dyed fibre. I try to create complex multi-tonal colours that end up as beautiful yarns. I test spin everything myself\, and spend lots of time sourcing and trialling new ideas. \nI’m passionate about wool\, and it’s qualities\, it really is a wonder fibre\, with so much variety.
