July Meeting 2019

Guild Day Out at Diana’s farm with Allan Brown
Allan Brown will be joining us to talk about Nettles for Spinning. He has many examples of how nettles are used and will show us how nettles are harvested and prepared.
Please bring with you: your spinning equipment (you may need it!), chair, lunch, hat/sunblock, and pen/notebook. If you wish to have a go at spinning nettles please bring gardening gloves, secateurs, an old table knife and hand carders.
Tea/coffee and cake will be provided.
No meeting in August as we take a break for the summer.
